Description
Circadian rhythm and biological clock optimization guide. Help users align sleep, meals, exercise, and work with their natural body clock. Use when users ask...
README (SKILL.md)

Body Clock

Optimize daily routines based on circadian rhythm science. Help users understand their chronotype, fix irregular sleep patterns, manage jet lag, and time key activities (eating, exercise, focus work) for peak performance.

When to Use

  • User asks about improving sleep quality or schedule
  • User wants to fix jet lag or shift work disruption
  • User asks why they feel tired at certain times of day
  • User wants to know the best time to exercise, eat, or focus

How to Use

  1. Determine user's chronotype (early bird / night owl) via 3-4 questions
  2. Map their ideal sleep window and wake time
  3. Provide timed recommendations: light exposure, meal timing, exercise window, peak focus hours
  4. Give specific advice for jet lag or schedule shifts
  5. Suggest gradual adjustments (15-30 min increments) for schedule changes

Examples

  • "I keep waking up at 3am and can't fall back asleep"
  • "I'm flying from Shanghai to New York, how do I beat jet lag?"
  • "When is the best time for me to work out?"
Usage Guidance
This skill is low-risk because it’s instruction-only and asks for no secrets or installs. However: (1) there is no source or homepage listed—you can't verify the author or evidence base; (2) health and sleep advice can affect medical conditions, so treat recommendations as general guidance and consult a clinician for persistent or serious issues; (3) avoid sharing highly sensitive medical details if you prefer privacy. If you want higher trust, request a skill with cited sources or an author/homepage.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: body-clock Version: 1.0.0 The body-clock skill bundle contains only metadata and informational instructions for an AI agent to provide advice on circadian rhythms and sleep optimization. It lacks any executable code, network requests, or suspicious instructions, and its content is entirely consistent with its stated purpose in SKILL.md.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name and description match the SKILL.md instructions: determining chronotype, mapping sleep windows, and giving timing recommendations. Nothing requested (no env vars, binaries, or config paths) is unrelated to the stated purpose.
Instruction Scope
Instructions are narrowly scoped to asking users questions, mapping sleep windows, and offering timed recommendations and gradual adjustments. They do not direct the agent to read files, access environment variables, call external endpoints, or exfiltrate data.
Install Mechanism
No install specification or code files are present (instruction-only). This minimizes the risk of arbitrary code being written or executed.
Credentials
The skill requests no environment variables, credentials, or config paths. The lack of secret access is proportionate for a guidance-only skill.
Persistence & Privilege
always is false and the skill is user-invocable (normal). It does not request persistent or elevated privileges or modify other skills' configurations.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install body-clock
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /body-clock
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
