README (SKILL.md)

Health Goal

Help users define SMART health goals, break them into actionable steps, track progress, and stay motivated. Covers fitness, nutrition, weight, sleep, and general wellness goals.

When to Use

  • User wants to set a health or fitness goal
  • User wants to track progress toward a health objective
  • User asks for accountability check-ins on their health habits
  • User wants to adjust or review existing health goals
  • User asks "how am I doing with my goal?"

How to Use

  1. Help define a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
  2. Break goal into weekly milestones
  3. Log progress updates when user reports them
  4. Calculate progress percentage and estimated completion
  5. Celebrate milestones and adjust plan if user is struggling
  6. Suggest evidence-based strategies when progress stalls

Examples

  • "I want to lose 5kg in 3 months, help me set up a plan"
  • "Track my goal: walk 8000 steps every day"
  • "How am I doing on my 30-day no-sugar challenge?"
Usage Guidance
This skill appears coherent and low-risk technically, but it will handle personal health information during conversations. Before installing, ask the publisher or platform: where (and for how long) are user goals and progress stored, will data be shared with external services, and does the skill include appropriate privacy notices and medical-disclaimer language (avoid replacing professional medical advice). If you plan to log sensitive health metrics, confirm storage/retention and opt-out options; otherwise this instruction-only skill is proportionate to its stated purpose.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: health-goal Version: 1.0.0 The skill bundle consists of standard metadata and markdown instructions (SKILL.md) designed to guide an AI agent in helping users set and track health-related goals. There is no executable code, no network activity, and no evidence of malicious intent or prompt injection.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name and description match the SKILL.md: instructions focus on defining SMART goals, breaking into milestones, logging user-reported progress, calculating progress, and suggesting strategies. There are no unrelated required binaries, env vars, or config paths.
Instruction Scope
Instructions are narrowly scoped to conversational goal-setting and tracking and do not direct the agent to read files, environment variables, or external endpoints. Note: the skill will handle sensitive personal health information in conversation — the SKILL.md does not include guidance about privacy, storage, or medical-disclaimer handling, which is important for health-related interactions.
Install Mechanism
No install spec and no code files (instruction-only), so nothing is written to disk or installed. This is low-risk from an installation perspective.
Credentials
The skill requests no environment variables, credentials, or config paths. There are no disproportionate or unexplained permissions or secrets requested.
Persistence & Privilege
always is false and default autonomous invocation is unchanged. The skill does not request persistent system presence or modify other skills. If the agent will store user goals, that storage behavior is not specified in SKILL.md and should be clarified by the publisher.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install health-goal
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /health-goal
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
