从BOSS直聘沟通列表中筛选符合招聘要求的候选人。
招聘要求（必须严格遵守）
- 学历：统招全日制本科（不含成人教育/自学考试/函授/网络教育）
- 经验：2-8年
- 技术栈：React作为主技术栈（可用Vue但必须主React）
- AI要求：熟练AI工具优先（cursor、claude、AI agent、大模型、LLM、智能客服、copilot等）
筛选流程
