README (SKILL.md)

Phone Number Change Checklist

Safely change phone numbers without losing access to banks, MFA, work tools, delivery apps, medical portals, and recovery channels.

What this skill does

Your phone number is an identity key. Changing it carelessly can lock you out of banking, email, government services, healthcare, work tools, and social accounts. This skill provides a before/during/after migration checklist plus notification scripts for each category of account.

How to use

  1. Tell me whether you are switching carriers, moving countries, replacing a number after harassment, or helping someone else migrate.
  2. I will produce a three-phase plan:
    • Before — audit all accounts linked to your number, enable backup MFA, export recovery codes, update primary email.
    • During — prioritized order of account updates, what to keep active on the old number temporarily, what must move immediately.
    • After — verify critical accounts work, update emergency contacts, test MFA recovery paths.
  3. I provide copy-paste notification scripts for common services.

Safety boundaries

  • Cyber hygiene and migration planning only.
  • Does not bypass MFA, recover accounts, contact providers, or request credentials.
  • Never ask for passwords, OTPs, recovery codes, seed phrases, or full identity numbers.
  • For harassment/stalking contexts, suggests safety documentation and official resources without acting as emergency or legal counsel.
Usage Guidance
This skill appears safe to use as a planning checklist. Because the topic involves sensitive accounts and MFA, do not paste passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, seed phrases, or full identity numbers into the chat.
