安全使用建议
This is a coherent, instruction-only skill that asks you to paste or describe your supplier performance data and returns scorecards and recommendations. Before using it: (1) avoid pasting sensitive credentials or confidential contract text into the prompt — provide only the performance metrics needed; (2) test with synthetic or anonymized sample data to confirm the weighting and thresholds match your business context; (3) review and adjust the scoring weights for your industry (perishables, regulated goods, etc.); and (4) remember the skill cannot verify supplier claims or access your ERP — it only analyzes the data you provide, so results are only as reliable as the inputs.

Purpose & Capability
The name, description, and SKILL.md all describe building a weighted supplier scorecard from user-supplied data. There are no unexpected requirements (no credentials, binaries, or installs) that fall outside that purpose.
Instruction Scope
The instructions request manual inputs (delivery, quality, lead time, communication, cost) and specify outputs (tables, rankings, recommendations). They do not instruct the agent to read arbitrary system files, access external endpoints, or collect unrelated data.
Install Mechanism
No install spec or code files are present; this is instruction-only, so nothing is written to disk or fetched at install time — consistent with a lightweight scoring helper.
Credentials
The skill declares no required environment variables, credentials, or config paths. That is proportionate for a manual data-entry scorecard that does not integrate with external ERPs/APIs.
Persistence & Privilege
always:false and default autonomous invocation settings are used. The skill does not request persistent system presence or elevated privileges; nothing indicates modification of other skills or system-wide settings.
