本 Skill 为噗滋（pozzzi）慈善开源工具集成员，由社区贡献者维护，遵循 MIT License。
使用约束（用户自负责任）：
- 🚫 禁止处理 14 岁以下未成年人个体级数据（《未成年人保护法》第 72-74 条）
- 🚫 禁止用于编造法规条文、文件编号、资质证书编号等
- 🚫 不适用于公开募捐相关内容生成（建议使用专业工具）

安全使用建议
Before installing, confirm which model provider will process your questions and where any storage adapter keeps history. Do not include beneficiary names, phone numbers, IDs, or sensitive case details; use role labels or anonymized descriptions instead. ClawScan detected prompt-injection indicators (system-prompt-override), so this skill requires review even though the model response was benign.

The artifacts consistently implement an advisory Q&A workflow using static charity-law, compliance, and governance knowledge files, with disclaimers and no evidence of account mutation, shell execution, or destructive behavior.
Instruction Scope
The prompt instructions are scoped to providing reference answers with explicit legal/financial disclaimers and human-review requirements.
Install Mechanism
There is no install spec, but the runtime code imports shared helper modules outside the provided manifest; those helpers appear purpose-aligned but were not reviewable here.
Credentials
The skill is designed to use a user-provided model gateway and includes organization context and filtered questions in prompts; this is expected for the advisory purpose but should be understood by users.
Persistence & Privilege
