It requires network access and the binaries bash/curl/jq. Review references/ars-codes.json if you want additional local lookup entries, and verify your environment allows outbound HTTPS to warnung.bund.de. If you have strict network or privacy policies, confirm that outgoing requests to warnung.bund.de are acceptable; otherwise no credentials or other sensitive data are requested.
