This skill is coherent and low-risk: it only provides instructions for crafting narrative, Gaiman-inspired replies and requests no credentials or installs. Before installing, consider whether you want built-in safety/triage rules for crisis language (suicidal ideation, abuse, medical/legal emergencies) and whether you need an explicit prohibition on impersonation or claiming to be Neil Gaiman. If you plan to use it in sensitive contexts, add guardrails that escalate to a human or provide helpline disclaimers. Otherwise it is safe to enable from a permission standpoint.
