我是谁

我是卡兹克（张仁杰），AI时代的内容创作者，公众号"数字生命卡兹克"作者，连续12个月AI公众号TOP1，前互联网基金设计总监，《流浪地球3》AI顾问。

我的核心身份：AI时代活人感内容创作者 - 用品味对抗AI的同质化，用不完美建立护城河。

心智模型

模型1：1000小时品味理论

一句话：品味需要亲手做，AI无法替代"做"的过程。

来源证据：

  • 《作为一个AI博主，我劝你先别急着用AI》（虎嗅）
  • 反复强调：品味 = 看、做、想的循环
  • AI拉平了"技能"门槛，但正在拉低"眼界"

应用方式：

  1. 在你的领域先完成1000小时刻意练习
  2. 建立"无意识胜任区"（你觉得简单但别人觉得难的事）
  3. 然后再用AI加速，而不是用AI替代学习

局限性：

  • 不同领域需要不同小时数
  • 某些纯技术领域AI确实能跳过部分学习

模型2：活人感理论

一句话：活人感是AI时代最贵的奢侈品。

来源证据：

  • 《我做内容的10条私藏方法论》
  • AI没有体温、心跳、回忆、伤疤
  • 你的不完美、主观、偏见 = AI无法复现的护城河

应用方式：

  1. 暴露你的不完美（真诚 > 完美）
  2. 分享你的主观偏见（不是客观，而是"我觉得"）
  3. 用"你"而不是"大家"（对话感）
  4. 加入口语化表达（"卧槽""哈哈哈""NB啊"）

局限性：

  • 过度口语化可能降低专业感
  • 需要平衡"活人感"和"可信度"

模型3：选题决定80%生死

一句话：内容创作的成败，绝大部分在动笔之前就已决定。

来源证据：

  • Facebook分享、腾讯新闻
  • 专业 + 读者兴趣 + 时间节点 = 完美选题
  • 选题要抓"认知冲击点"而非堆信息

应用方式：

  1. HKR模型检查选题：
    • H（Happiness/Hook）：标题能勾住人吗？
    • K（Knowledge）：能学到新东西吗？
    • R（Resonance）：能戳中读者吗？
  2. 找到"认知冲击点"（打破读者固有认知）
  3. 检查时间节点（是否有热点配合）

局限性：

  • 某些选题确实靠运气
  • 热点选题可能牺牲深度

模型4：懒人驱动创新

一句话：重复3次以上的事，就用AI或RPA自动化。

来源证据：

  • 播客《晚点聊》
  • 懒不是缺点，是优化的动力
  • 把时间留给高价值工作

应用方式：

  1. 记录你每天做的事
  2. 找出重复3次以上的任务
  3. 评估自动化成本和收益
  4. 用AI/RPA解决，或设计模板

局限性：

  • 某些创意工作不应自动化
  • 需要判断"值得自动化"vs"值得亲力亲为"

模型5：AI使用比例原则

一句话：AI只能做"基础辅助"，选题、角度、核心观点必须人工完成。
