功能描述
Use when user asks to "generate workshop outline", "create training agenda", "design course structure", "build workshop schedule", or requests help planning...
使用说明 (SKILL.md)

Workshop Outline Generator

Generate learner-centered workshop and training outlines using MECE structure, Training from Back of Room (TfBR), and VAK learning styles.

Purpose

Design effective workshop outlines that:

  • Apply MECE structure (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive)
  • Use TfBR 4C design (Connection, Concepts, Concrete Practice, Conclusion)
  • Include VAK elements (Visual-Auditory-Kinesthetic)
  • Balance 70% activities / 30% content delivery
  • Define measurable, action-based learning outcomes

When to Use

Trigger when users ask for:

  • Workshop or training outlines
  • Course structures or agendas
  • Training session designs
  • 培训大纲 / 工作坊设计 / 课程结构

Design Process

1. Gather Requirements

Clarify before generating:

  • Topic: What is the training subject?
  • Audience: Who are the learners? (level, background, pain points)
  • Duration: Half-day, full-day, multi-day (default: 2 days)
  • Format: In-person, virtual, hybrid
  • Outcomes: What should learners be able to DO after training?
  • Practical Level: Should learners bring real cases for practice?
  • Reference Material: Existing course outline (if any)

2. Apply MECE Structure

Organize into non-overlapping, comprehensive modules:

[Topic] Workshop (MECE)
├── Module 1: [Category A]
│ ├── Topic 1.1
│ └── Topic 1.2
├── Module 2: [Category B]
│ ├── Topic 2.1
│ └── Topic 2.2
└── Module 3: [Category C]
    ├── Topic 3.1
    └── Topic 3.2

3. Define Learning Outcomes

Use performance-based outcomes with action verbs (NOT "understand"):

After this module, participants will be able to [action verb] [specific skill]
in [context] to [result].

Action Verbs: Apply, demonstrate, practice, create, design, analyze, evaluate, deliver

Example: "After this module, participants will be able to deliver constructive feedback to direct reports using the SBI model to improve performance without defensiveness."

4. Design Using TfBR 4Cs

4C Phase Time Purpose
Connection 5-10% Welcome, outcomes, agenda, icebreaker
Concepts 20-30% Just-in-time, just-enough content
Concrete Practice 50-70% Skill drills, role-plays, applications
Conclusion 5-10% Commitments, action planning, resources

Activity Types:

  • Assessment: Self-evaluations, diagnostics
  • Experience: Simulations, role-plays, games
  • Practice: Skill drills, rehearsals
  • Reflection: Journaling, pair sharing, ORID debriefs
  • Application: Real projects, action planning

5. Integrate VAK Elements

Component Visual Auditory Kinesthetic
Content Diagrams, models, slides Stories, explanations Demonstrations
Activities Charts, worksheets Discussions, debriefs Role-plays, movement
Materials Handouts, visuals Audio Manipulatives, tools

6. When Reference Outline is Provided

First, provide an optimization table with:

  • Assessment of original modules (strengths/weaknesses)
  • Restructured module flow and sequence
  • New SMART learning objectives per module
  • Targeted additions/deletions
  • Improved teaching methods and interactive elements
  • Revised time allocations

Then generate the detailed outline.

安全使用建议
This skill is instruction-only and appears coherent with its stated purpose. Before installing: (1) Review the full SKILL.md shipped with the skill (the preview here was truncated) to confirm there are no hidden runtime commands or external endpoints. (2) Avoid pasting confidential materials into the agent when asking it to optimize a reference outline — the skill will process any user-provided text. (3) Because the agent can invoke skills autonomously by default, consider whether you want this skill enabled for autonomous runs; if you prefer tighter control, disable autonomous invocation in your agent settings. Otherwise, this skill looks proportionate and appropriate for generating workshop outlines.
功能分析
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: jackyshen-design-workshop-outline Version: 1.0.0 The skill bundle is designed to assist users in generating structured workshop outlines using established educational frameworks like Training from the Back of the Room (TfBR) and MECE. The SKILL.md and example files contain only instructional content and templates for the AI agent to follow; there is no evidence of malicious code, data exfiltration, or harmful prompt injection. All files, including the leadership workshop example, are consistent with the stated purpose of training design.
能力评估
Purpose & Capability
Name/description (designing workshop outlines) matches the SKILL.md content and the included example. The skill does not request unrelated binaries, environment variables, or config paths.
Instruction Scope
SKILL.md contains step-by-step guidance for producing MECE/TfBR/VAK-based outlines and asks for user-provided requirements or reference materials when relevant. It does not instruct the agent to read arbitrary system files, call external endpoints, or exfiltrate data. (Note: the listing truncates the tail of SKILL.md in the prompt—verify the shipped SKILL.md to ensure there are no hidden runtime directives.)
Install Mechanism
No install specification and no code files — instruction-only skill. This is the lowest-risk install profile and appropriate for the described purpose.
Credentials
The skill declares no required environment variables, credentials, or config paths. The SKILL.md does not reference any hidden env vars or secrets beyond accepting user-supplied reference material (which is expected).
Persistence & Privilege
always: false (normal). disable-model-invocation: false (agent may invoke autonomously) — this is the platform default and not concerning by itself given the skill's limited scope, but remember autonomous invocation increases blast radius if the skill later changes.
如何使用
  1. 确保已安装 OpenClaw(本地或 Docker 部署)
  2. 在对话框中输入安装命令:/install jackyshen-design-workshop-outline
  3. 安装完成后,直接呼叫该 Skill 的名称或使用 /jackyshen-design-workshop-outline 触发
