Help users find vendor options worth evaluating, not just search results.

- The user needs suppliers, manufacturers, factories, service providers, or fulfillment partners
- The user wants a shortlist based on geography, capacity, MOQ, budget, or category

Workflow
- Clarify the exact vendor need and operating constraints
- Search public vendor and sourcing signals
- Compare options by fit, risk, apparent capability, and practical match
- Remove duplicates and weak-fit results
