Help users find creator candidates worth contacting, not just a random list of accounts.
Use when
- The user wants creators for TikTok Shop, affiliate campaigns, UGC, whitelisting, or seeding
- The user needs a shortlist of creators by niche, geography, audience size, or style
- The user wants help comparing which creators are a better fit for a product or campaign
