Before using it with real employee data, consider privacy and compliance: do not paste sensitive PII into prompts unless you trust the execution context, and avoid sending HR data to external LLMs or services unless authorized. If you plan to integrate this with internal HR systems in the future, expect to add auth/config and reassess permissions. Otherwise, it is low-risk to install and use for drafting IDPs or guidance.
