daily-tech-brief

目标

生成一份“每日科技摘要 / 播客素材”，要求：

  • 行业新闻是主体，不是只有 OpenClaw
  • 必须重点覆盖：
    • X 上 Elon Musk 相关动态
    • Tesla 相关动态
    • AI / 科技行业重要新闻
  • OpenClaw 作为固定板块保留
  • ClawHub 信息必须优先通过命令行获取，不要优先看网页
  • 最终结果适合直接作为日报、播客提纲或 briefing 输入

必须遵循的来源规则

1. 行业新闻 / 社交平台内容

  • 必须优先使用 web-access skill 处理联网搜索、网页访问、社交媒体抓取
  • 对于 X / 新闻网页 / 科技资讯站点，遵循 web-access 的方法论
  • 重点跟踪关键词：
    • Elon Musk
    • Tesla
    • xAI
    • OpenAI
    • Anthropic
    • AI infra / 芯片 / 模型 / agent / 自动化
  • 如果是“新闻是否属实/是否一手来源”的问题，优先找原始来源或权威一手出处，不要只堆二手转述

2. OpenClaw 板块

  • 不要扫描本地 OpenClaw 安装目录，不要把本地 package.json、CHANGELOG.md、skills 本地路径当成主要发现来源
  • 优先来源：
    • OpenClaw 官方 GitHub Releases / Release Notes
    • 官方文档
    • 官方仓库

3. ClawHub 板块

  • 必须优先使用 ClawHub 命令行 获取 skill / 新玩法信息
  • 不要优先看 ClawHub 页面
  • 不要从本地已安装 skill 反推“最近值得关注的 skill”
  • 如果 clawhub CLI 不可用，必须在结果中明确说明降级原因

输出结构

A. 行业重点新闻（主体）

输出 4-8 条，优先级从高到低排序。 必须优先覆盖：

  1. Elon Musk / Tesla / xAI 相关重要动态
  2. AI 行业重要动态
  3. 科技公司 / 市场 / 基础设施相关重大变化

每条包含：

  • 标题
  • 发生了什么（1-2 句）
  • 为什么值得关注（1 句）
  • 原始来源链接或最可信来源链接

B. OpenClaw 板块

输出：

  1. 近24-72小时最值得注意的官方更新（2-5条）
  2. 通过 clawhub 命令行获取的最近值得关注的 3 个 skill / 新玩法
  3. 1 条今天最值得尝试的落地场景

C. 播客 / 日报落地提示

输出 1 小段：

  • 今天最值得讲的主线是什么
  • 如果要做成播客，建议先讲哪 3 个点

写法要求

  • 内容具体、可执行
  • 尽量给完整链接
  • 不要给本地绝对路径作为主要参考来源
  • 如果某条信息无法确认来源，就不要写
  • 默认中文输出
  • 结果要适合直接放入 daily podcast 的素材中

当被 cron 调用时

如果调用方要求继续执行 daily podcast 生成：

  1. 先完成本 skill 的摘要内容
  2. 再执行调用方指定的 daily podcast / briefing 脚本
  3. 最后回报：
    • 是否成功
    • 关键输出文件绝对路径
    • 今日内容是否已包含：
      • 行业重点新闻
      • OpenClaw 板块
      • clawhub 命令行结果

搜索方法（当前验证有效的做法）

生成高质量每日科技摘要时，按下面顺序搜，不要只做泛搜：

  1. 先定观察面，再搜具体来源

    • 主线固定为：Elon Musk / Tesla / xAI / OpenAI / Anthropic / AI infra / 芯片 / agent / 自动化
    • 先把当天要覆盖的公司与主题列出来，再分别搜索，避免被单一新闻源带偏

  2. 行业新闻优先级

    • 优先看权威一手或强二手聚合：Reuters、公司官方博客/公告、官方 X 账号、官方 GitHub Release / commit
    • 如果 Google News / 聚合页只有标题，继续点进原始来源确认，不要直接照抄聚合摘要
    • 同一条新闻至少交叉确认标题、事实、时间点，避免把旧闻当新闻

  3. Musk / Tesla / xAI 的搜法

    • 先查 Reuters / 官方账号 / 官方站点，再补市场解读
    • 优先找“新动作”而不是泛评论：诉讼、发布、投产、组织调整、融资、监管、产品计划
    • 如果 Tesla 相关新闻很多，优先保留最影响销量、利润率、供应链、FSD/robotaxi 预期的条目

  4. OpenAI / Anthropic / Meta / Nvidia 等 AI 公司搜法

    • 分成三类：产品/模型、安全/治理、基础设施/资本开支
    • 每家公司优先抓“今天最能改变竞争格局”的一条，而不是面面俱到

  5. OpenClaw 板块搜法

    • 先看官方 GitHub Releases
    • 再看近 24-72 小时官方 commit / docs 变化
    • 只保留用户能感知到的更新：能力新增、可靠性提升、集成变化、工作流改进
    • 不要把本地安装目录扫描结果当作“官方更新”

  6. ClawHub / skill 搜法

    • 必须优先用 clawhub CLI
    • 如果 CLI 不可用，结果里明确写“已降级”，并说明原因

  7. 筛选标准

    • 只留“发生了什么 + 为什么值得关注”都说得清的新闻
    • 单纯观点文、二手转述、无明确来源、无法确认时间的新旧混杂内容，直接丢弃
    • 宁可少写，也不要凑数

  8. 成稿原则

    • 先给事实，再给判断
    • 每条尽量带原始链接或最可信链接
    • 行业板块要占主体，OpenClaw 是固定板块但不是全文主体

备注

这个 skill 负责“内容结构与信息源约束”。 其中联网搜索/网页访问/X 抓取等动作，应继续遵循 web-access skill。

安全使用建议
Before installing: 1) Confirm whether the target environment actually has the clawhub CLI and the web-access skill available — the SKILL.md requires them but the skill metadata does not declare them. If clawhub is required, request the skill author to declare it as a required binary. 2) Decide whether you want the agent to be allowed to execute caller-provided scripts and access the filesystem: the skill's cron behavior explicitly runs an external script and reports absolute output file paths, which can expose local paths and let the agent run arbitrary code. If you are uncomfortable, restrict execution rights or require manual invocation. 3) Verify what the platform's web-access skill does (which endpoints it calls, whether it uses authenticated APIs) so you understand network access and potential data exfiltration vectors. 4) Test the skill in a sandbox/non-production environment first and review the exact commands the agent would run (especially clawhub CLI calls and the post-generation script). 5) Ask the publisher to (a) list required binaries and dependencies (clawhub), (b) document expected CLI commands and example outputs, and (c) clarify why absolute paths are needed and whether relative or sanitized paths would suffice. These clarifications would reduce ambiguity and could move the assessment toward 'benign.'
