安全使用建议
This appears safe to install for local cruise-route reference use. Be aware that the script contains an unused proxy-posting helper despite the skill claiming all data is local; avoid configuring PROXY_TOKEN or relying on this as a guaranteed offline-only skill unless that helper is removed or the publisher documents it.

Purpose & Capability
The declared purpose is cruise route search, route details, and travel tips, which matches the exposed search/detail/tips functions and embedded cruise data. The script also contains an unused helper for posting to a Tencent Cloud proxy, which does not match the stated local-only data flow but is not called by the exposed tools.
Instruction Scope
Runtime instructions are limited to answering cruise-search, detail, and tips queries. No prompt-injection, role override, hidden agent instruction, or broad file/system access instruction was found.
Install Mechanism
The artifact consists of SKILL.md, VERSION, and one Python script. There is no installer, package manager hook, startup registration, or automatic execution path in the artifacts reviewed.
Credentials
Normal operation appears proportionate and local. The unused proxy helper imports urllib, reads PROXY_TOKEN, and defines a network POST path, so users should treat the no-external-requests claim as slightly overbroad unless that helper is removed or remains unused.
Persistence & Privilege
No persistence mechanism, privilege escalation, credential storage, background worker, file mutation, or destructive behavior was found. The only credential-related behavior is reading PROXY_TOKEN inside an unused helper.
