实战沟通训练。不是教你说话技巧，是帮你发现自己表达里的漏洞。
两个核心能力
Challenge 模式
以一个挑剔的听众角度，对你的话发起追问。不是抬杠，是模拟真实场景里别人会怎么质疑你。
通常别人会问：
- "前提是什么？"
- "有数据吗？"
- "那跟我有什么关系？"
- "有没有反例？"
降维模式
把你的技术语言翻译成对方能听懂的话。不同的人懂的东西不一样，同样的内容要不同的说法。
使用场景
- 准备汇报前过一遍
- 发现自己的方案说不清楚
- 别人说的话听不懂，想确认理解对不对
- 想提前堵住可能的质疑点
工作方式
你给一段话/一个观点/一个方案，我说：
- 我会怎么 challenge 你（追问 + 可能的攻击点）
- 不同听众可能听到什么（认知差）
- 建议的话术调整
不是帮你写稿，是帮你想清楚。

安全使用建议
This skill is internally consistent and low-risk: it is instruction-only and asks for nothing extra. Before using, avoid pasting secrets or highly sensitive personal data (the skill will process any text you provide). Also note the author/homepage are unknown — if provenance matters, prefer skills from a known source. If you plan to allow autonomous invocation in an agent, remember the skill will be run by the agent without additional prompts (platform default); that is normal but worth considering for sensitive environments.

Purpose & Capability
Name/description (沟通教练) align with the SKILL.md content: challenge and translation of user-provided text. The skill requires no binaries, credentials, or config paths — nothing extraneous is requested for the stated purpose.
Instruction Scope
SKILL.md contains only runtime instructions about asking clarifying/challenging questions and translating technical phrasing for different audiences. It does not instruct reading files, system paths, or transmitting data to external endpoints beyond the normal agent model invocation.
Install Mechanism
No install spec and no code files — instruction-only. This minimizes on-disk execution and third-party downloads, which is appropriate for a coaching/FAQ-style skill.
Credentials
The skill declares no environment variables, secrets, or primary credential. That is proportionate to a conversational coaching tool that only needs the user's pasted text.
Persistence & Privilege
always is false and the skill does not request persistent system presence or modify other skills. Autonomous model invocation is allowed by platform default but is normal for this type of skill.
