  - Immediate: Email + SMS to you

  - SLA: Respond within 2 hours

Warm Leads (16-29):
  - Immediate: Email to you (batch digest OK)
  - Action: Add to nurture sequence
  - SLA: Respond within 48 hours

Cold Leads (0-15):
  - Immediate: Polite decline auto-sent
  - Action: Add to general newsletter (if opted in)
