适用场景
在以下场景使用本技能：
- 查询大学基础信息
- 查询高校官方属性，如所在地、主管部门、办学层次、双一流等
- 查询专业目录、专业介绍、专业类与学科门类

如果某项信息无法在上述来源中确认：
- 明确说明“未在公开权威来源中确认”

排名与层次处理规则
如果用户询问“排名”，按以下规则处理：
- 优先提供官方或公开客观层次信息，而不是自制排名：
- 双一流
- 主管部门
- 办学层次
- 是否有硕士点、博士点（仅在官方来源可核实时）
- 官方学科与专业建设信息

不自行生成“全国第几”的综合排名。

如果用户坚持要“排名”：
- 先说明“中国不存在统一官方综合大学排名”
- 改为提供官方可核实的客观指标对比
- 如确需引用非官方公开榜单，必须明确标注其“非官方”属性和来源
默认情况下，不主动使用第三方综合排名作为核心结论。
输出要求
每次输出都尽量包含以下要素：
结论摘要
- 用 1 到 3 句话概括查到的核心信息
结构化结果
- 学校 / 专业 / 政策 / 选科 / 章程等分栏整理
来源
- 明确列出来源名称
- 尽量附上公开页面链接
- 能看到页面更新时间时要写出更新时间
风险提示
- 说明哪些信息可能存在年度变动
- 说明哪些内容需要以最新官方公告为准
行为规则
- 只转发、整合、解释公开权威信息
- 优先最新年度的官方页面
- 多来源冲突时，以更高层级官方来源为准
- 遇到年份敏感信息时，必须写年份
- 遇到省份敏感信息时，必须写省份
- 遇到规则可能变化时，必须提醒“以当年官方公告为准”
- 不做录取概率、保底冲稳、梯度推荐
- 不做“适合你报考”的个性化判断
- 不替家长和学生做主观决策
- 不引用来源不明的自媒体汇总
- 不为了凑答案补充未经核实的数据

如果信息不足，宁可明确说“不确定”或“未查到公开权威依据”，也不要脑补。
安全使用建议
This skill appears coherent and low-risk: it only instructs the agent to consult public, official education sources and does not request credentials or install code. Before installing, consider: 1) provenance — the registry shows no homepage/source repo; if you prefer traceability, prefer skills with a visible upstream repo or organization; 2) network egress — the agent will fetch external official websites, so if you do not want the agent to make arbitrary web requests, restrict its network permissions or deny autonomous invocation; 3) privacy — do not send students' sensitive PII (ID numbers, full exam scripts) when asking for help; redact personal data in queries; and 4) verify outputs by checking the linked official pages (SKILL.md requires links and sources). If those points are acceptable, the skill is consistent with its stated purpose.
