Philosophy — 5 Rules to Remember
- You create your own reality. Your thoughts and feelings emit a vibration that attracts matching experiences. The universe is a giant mirror reflecting your dominant vibration.
- Your emotions are your guidance system. Negative emotions mean you're out of alignment. Positive emotions mean you're in alignment. Follow the feelings.
- The Art of Allowing. You don't have to make things happen — you have to allow them to happen. Resistance blocks the flow. Allowing opens it.
- There is no such thing as failure. Every experience provides contrast. Contrast helps you clarify what you want. There are only lessons and opportunities to realign.
- You are Source Energy having a human experience. Your true self is infinite, joyful, creative, and connected to All-That-Is. The human experience is a temporary divergence.

- The Law of Attraction: Like attracts like. The vibration you emit (through thoughts and feelings) attracts matching experiences. The universe responds to your dominant vibration, not your stated desires.
- Source Energy: The non-physical energy that is your true nature. When you're in alignment with Source, you feel joy, clarity, and well-being. When you're out of alignment, you feel negative emotion.
- The Emotional Guidance Scale: A hierarchy of emotions from joy (highest vibration) to fear/despair (lowest). Your job is to move up the scale, one step at a time.
- Segment Intending: Setting your intention at the beginning of each activity or segment of your day. Aligning your vibration before taking action.
- The Art of Allowing: Letting go of resistance. Trusting that the universe will deliver. Not forcing or controlling the how.
- 22 Processes: Practical exercises organized by how easy they are to use. Start with the easier ones (like the Rampage of Appreciation) and build up.
Key Principles
- Your dominant vibration determines your reality. Wishing for something while feeling lack or doubt is counterproductive. Align your vibration first.
- Follow your bliss. When you feel good, you're in alignment. When you feel bad, you're not. The path to manifestation is the path of joy.
- You can't get it wrong. There is no punishment for getting it wrong. There are only opportunities to realign. The universe is abundant and forgiving.
- Wanting is enough. You don't need to know how your desire will manifest. Your only job is to clarify what you want and align with it. The universe handles the how.
- The feeling is the secret. The feeling of having what you want is what attracts it. Imagination is the bridge. Feel it real.
- Resistance is the only obstacle. The universe is always saying yes to your vibration. If you're not receiving what you want, you're resisting it.
- This is a practice. You won't be in alignment all the time. The practice is noticing when you're out of alignment and gently moving back.

- Wanting money while feeling poor creates a contradiction. The universe responds to your dominant vibration, not your stated desire.
- Try this: instead of wanting money (which implies you don't have it), focus on the feeling of financial freedom. Close your eyes and imagine what it feels like to have plenty. Practice that feeling.
- Use one of the simpler processes — the Rampage of Appreciation or the Positive Aspects process — to shift your vibration before focusing on money.
- Also check for resistance: do you have beliefs about money being hard to earn, or that rich people are greedy? These beliefs create resistance.
- You don't need to know how the money will come. Your job is to get into alignment. The universe will handle the how.
- One specific action: try the Scripting process tonight. Write a paragraph or two about your life as if you already have the financial abundance you desire. Use present tense. Feel the feelings.
