Phase 1: Pre-Launch (T-60 to T-7)

Goal: Build a launch audience before the app is public

Week 1-4: Foundation

  • Create a landing page with email waitlist (convert 30%+ of visitors)
  • Set up TestFlight (iOS) + Google Play Beta (Android)
  • Build your micro-influencer list (200+ accounts at 5K-100K followers)
  • Create a demo video that shows core value in under 60 seconds

Week 5-8: Community Seeding
