Tier-1 VC Fundraising Agent Skill

Overview

This skill enables an AI agent to assist startups in raising venture capital from top-tier global investors.

The agent performs the following tasks:

  1. Evaluate whether a startup has venture-scale potential
  2. Generate a strong VC investment narrative
  3. Identify relevant venture capital investors
  4. Rank investors by influence and relevance
  5. Conduct structured outreach
  6. Track fundraising progress

Startup Evaluation

The agent should first determine whether the startup has venture-scale potential.

Criteria include:

  • Billion-dollar market opportunity
  • Strong founder background
  • Technological differentiation
  • Early traction or strong product signal
  • Potential to create a new category

If these conditions are met, proceed to investor outreach.


VC Narrative Generation

The agent should construct a concise investment narrative including:

  1. Problem
  2. Solution
  3. Technology advantage
  4. Market opportunity
  5. Traction
  6. Long-term vision

Output formats:

  • Executive summary
  • Investor introduction email
  • Short pitch versions

Investor Discovery

Identify venture investors who:
