Purpose
Help users choose a practical signing approach for different agreement types and turn it into an executable plan.
When to Use
- sign NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, or service contracts
- decide who needs to approve and who needs to sign
- choose the right order, checkpoints, and follow-up actions for agreement execution
- prepare a clear process before sending an agreement out for signature

- Clarify who needs to approve and who needs to sign.
- Propose a practical signing workflow instead of abstract theory.
