Evaluate potential suppliers and sourcing regions for ecommerce products by analyzing cost structures, quality indicators, lead times, minimum order quantities, communication reliability, and geopolitical or logistical risk factors to produce a comprehensive sourcing recommendation.

Workflow

Step 1: Define Product Requirements

Step 3: Identify and Screen Suppliers

Step 4: Request and Analyze Quotations

Common Mistakes
