Help organize and prioritize your described browser tabs into action categories for a clear, manageable digest to keep, decide, act on, or close.
README (SKILL.md)

Tab Chaos Digest

Turn an overwhelming pile of browser tabs into a structured digest: keep, decide, act, and close.

What this skill does

You are drowning in open tabs — research, articles, tools, things you "might need later." This skill helps you audit every open tab, categorize it by purpose, decide its fate, and produce a clean digest you can act on immediately.

How to use

  1. Describe your current tab situation — how many, what topics, why they're open.
  2. I will help you sort each tab into one of four buckets:
    • Keep reading — actively consuming, worth finishing.
    • Decide later — important but not urgent; schedule a review time.
    • Action required — needs a task, email, purchase, or follow-up.
    • Close now — already read, outdated, or low signal.
  3. I will produce a digest with bookmarks, task items, and a "close with confidence" list.

Safety boundaries

  • Does not access your actual browser tabs — you describe them.
  • Does not store or transmit browsing history.
  • Not a replacement for your bookmark manager — use it as a decision tool.
Usage Guidance
This skill appears safe to install based on the provided artifacts. You should still avoid pasting highly sensitive tab details unless you are comfortable sharing them in the chat, but the skill itself does not show code or permissions that would access your browser or store your history.

Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The stated purpose is to categorize user-described browser tabs into keep, decide, act, and close buckets, and the artifacts consistently describe that limited decision-support role.
Instruction Scope
The instructions ask the user to describe their tab situation and explicitly state that the skill does not access actual browser tabs, store browsing history, or act as an automated tab manager.
Install Mechanism
There is no install spec, no executable code, and no dependencies; the included skill.json declares hasExecutableCode as false.
Credentials
The skill requests no binaries, environment variables, credentials, config paths, browser access, filesystem access, or network dependencies.
Persistence & Privilege
The artifacts show no persistence mechanism, background behavior, account authority, credential use, or privileged local access.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install tab-chaos-digest
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /tab-chaos-digest
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
