Usage Guidance
Install this only if you want your agent to manage and deploy CloudBase resources. Prefer a scoped plugin target and pinned package versions where possible, confirm the exact EnvId before any cloud operation, reserve `--yes` or `--force` for CI you control, and never paste long-lived secrets into chat or expose service-role/API keys to browser code.
