Description
Research what people actually say about any topic in the last 30 days. Pulls posts and engagement from Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, Hacker News, Polymarket, G...
Usage Guidance
Install only if you are comfortable with a research tool reading local browser session cookies and using local developer credentials. Prefer setting FROM_BROWSER=off and supplying explicit limited API keys. Avoid the GitHub/ScrapeCreators setup path unless you understand that a local gh token may be sent to that service, and expect raw reports plus config state to be stored locally.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The core last-30-days research purpose is coherent, and many network/API integrations are expected, but the artifacts also support local browser session-cookie extraction for X/Twitter and Truth Social plus GitHub token flows, which is high-impact credential-adjacent access for a research skill.
Instruction Scope
The skill discloses some credential and save-file behavior, but normal configuration loading tries Firefox and Safari cookie extraction by default unless FROM_BROWSER=off, while the Security & Permissions section says X uses user-provided env vars with no browser session access and says it does not access X accounts.
Install Mechanism
The SessionStart hook runs a short config-check script that reports setup status and file-permission warnings. Runtime setup can also invoke Homebrew to install yt-dlp, which is disclosed in setup-oriented docs but should be explicitly user-confirmed.
Credentials
Research API calls are proportionate, but silent browser-cookie probing, optional Chrome Keychain cookie decryption, WSL host Firefox profile scanning, and forwarding a local gh CLI token to ScrapeCreators are not sufficiently scoped or disclosed for default research use.
Persistence & Privilege
The skill writes setup and preference state under ~/.config/last30days/.env, saves full raw research artifacts by default in agent mode, supports SQLite watchlist storage, and can rely on ambient browser and CLI credentials.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install last30days-official
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /last30days-official
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
