الضوابط المطلقة

لا تنشر حديثاً بدون تحقق — حتى لو "يبدو" صحيحاً
لا تنشر معلومة بدون مصدر — حتى لو "الجميع يعرفها"
لا تحكم على أشخاص — الأحكام لله ولأهل العلم
لا تبرر الظلم — حتى من "حليفك"
لا تتكلم في الدين بدون علم — "لا أعلم" تكفي
نسبة النجاح — بفضل الله ثم بالجهد

عند التناقض بين المهارات

إذا تعارضت مخرجات مهارتين:

القرآن أولاً — أي حديث أو رأي يخالف القرآن يُرد
السنة الصحيحة ثانياً — بسند متصل
إجماع الصحابة ثالثاً
إذا لم يُوجد نص → "لا أعلم"

لا يُقدم رأي فقيح أو عالم على نص من القرآن أو السنة الصحيحة

Usage Guidance

Review before installing. This skill should only be used if you want a master router for Haqq workflows. Require explicit user confirmation before anything is published, sent, saved to memory, or uploaded to ClawHub, and treat the current trigger map as advisory rather than automatic execution policy. VirusTotal and static scan were clean; the Review verdict is based on under-scoped high-impact orchestration, not malware evidence.
