README (SKILL.md)

Mezmo

Operate Mezmo through your OOMOL-connected account. This skill calls the mezmo connector with the oo CLI; OOMOL injects credentials server-side, so you never handle raw tokens.

Category: Data & Analytics, Developer Tools. Exposes 5 action(s).

Running an action

Assume the user has already installed the oo CLI, signed in, and connected Mezmo. Do not run oo auth login or open the connection URL proactively — just run the action. Fall back to First-time setup only when a command actually fails with an auth or connection error.

1. Inspect the contract to get the authoritative input/output schema before building a payload:

oo connector schema "mezmo" --action "\x3Caction_name>"

2. Run the action with a JSON payload that matches the input schema:

oo connector run "mezmo" --action "\x3Caction_name>" --data '\x3Cjson>' --json
  • --data takes a JSON object string or @path/to/file.json; omit it to send {}.
  • The response is { "data": ..., "meta": { "executionId": "..." } }; the execution id lives under meta.executionId.

Each action below links to a reference file with its purpose and exact commands. Read the linked file, then fetch the live schema with oo connector schema before constructing --data.

Available actions

  • get_ingestion_status — Get whether the Mezmo ingestion service is currently ingesting data for the authenticated account.
  • get_usage_summary — Get the Mezmo usage summary for a required time window without flattening the upstream usage payload.
  • list_app_usages — List Mezmo usage entries grouped by app for a required time window and optional result limit.
  • list_host_usages — List Mezmo usage entries grouped by host for a required time window and optional result limit.
  • list_tag_usages — List Mezmo usage entries grouped by tag for a required time window and optional result limit.

Safety

  • Read actions (get / list / search) are safe to run directly.
  • Create, update, send, or post actions change Mezmo state — confirm the exact payload and effect with the user before running.
  • Delete or remove actions are destructive — always confirm the target and get explicit approval first.

First-time setup

These are one-time steps — do not repeat them on every call. Run a step only when a command fails for the matching reason.

  • oo: command not found — install the oo CLI (other platforms: \x3Chttps://cli.oomol.com/install-guide.md>):

    curl -fsSL https://cli.oomol.com/install.sh | bash # macOS / Linux

    irm https://cli.oomol.com/install.ps1 | iex # Windows PowerShell

  • Not signed in / authentication error — sign in to your OOMOL account once:

    oo auth login

  • scope_missing / credential_expired / app_not_ready / app_not_found — Mezmo is not connected, or the connection expired or lacks a scope. Connect once (auth type: API key) at:

    https://console.oomol.com/app-connections?provider=mezmo

  • HTTP 402 / OOMOL_INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT — billing stop. Recharge at https://console.oomol.com/billing/token-recharge before retrying.

Usage Guidance
Before installing, verify that you trust OOMOL and prefer reading the official install guide or inspecting the installer before running it. Do not run the remote installer automatically in sensitive environments; use a pinned release or checksum-verified install path when possible.

Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The observed behavior is limited to helping install or use the OOMOL oo CLI, which is consistent with an integration skill and not evidence of unrelated data access or destructive behavior.
Instruction Scope
The flagged command appears in troubleshooting/install guidance for a missing CLI and is user-visible, not hidden, automatic, or framed as an agent instruction to bypass user control.
Install Mechanism
The skill includes a curl-to-bash installer for the oo CLI. Official OOMOL documentation also presents this as an install method, but it still carries normal remote-script supply-chain risk. ([oomol.com](https://oomol.com/docs/oo-cli/?utm_source=openai))
Credentials
No evidence was provided of broad local indexing, unexpected credential collection, exfiltration, or environment access beyond installing a declared CLI dependency.
Persistence & Privilege
Installing a CLI can modify the user environment and add managed tooling; that is expected for this dependency but should remain a user-approved action.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install oo-mezmo
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /oo-mezmo
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
Version History
v1.0.0
- Adds the initial `oo-mezmo` skill for operating Mezmo through an OOMOL-connected account via the `oo` CLI. - Provides safe read-only access to Mezmo ingestion status for the authenticated account. - Supports retrieving Mezmo usage summaries for required time windows while preserving the upstream payload shape. - Supports listing usage grouped by app, host, or tag, with optional result limits. - Includes action-specific references and schema-first execution guidance so payloads can be built from the live connector contract.
