Usage Guidance
This skill is an instruction/template pack for composing and tracking vendor RFQs; it does not itself send mail or ask for credentials. Before using it, confirm how your agent will send emails (platform mail integration or manual copy/paste) and whether that integration requires access to your email account or contact lists. Test with a dry-run or sandbox addresses first to avoid accidental sends. Review generated messages for any sensitive data before sending, and ensure follow-up automation is intentional and authorized.
