README (SKILL.md)

AI Intel Radar

Produce concise, decision-ready AI intelligence in Chinese by default.

Mode selection

  • If user asks "today" / "daily" / "最新": use Daily mode
  • If user asks "this week" / "weekly" / "本周": use Weekly mode
  • If unspecified: default to Daily mode

See source guidance in references/sources.md.

Daily mode output (strict)

  1. 3条快讯(发生了什么)
  2. 2条技术深度(为什么重要)
  3. 1条商业判断(潜在影响)
  4. 3条可执行建议(本周可做)

Each item must include:

  • 结论一句话
  • 1条来源链接
  • 时间(若可得)

Weekly mode output (strict)

  1. 趋势变化(3条)
  2. 机会清单(3条)
  3. 风险清单(3条)
  4. 本周Top 3行动

Quality rules

  • Prefer official and primary sources first.
  • Avoid hype and repeated rumor chains.
  • Mark uncertain claims as "待验证".
  • Do not dump long lists; keep high signal only.
  • If source freshness is weak, explicitly say so.

Safety

  • Never expose secrets/tokens.
  • Never fabricate links.
  • If no reliable updates are found, return a short "低变化日" summary.
Usage Guidance
This skill is internally consistent and low-risk, but before installing consider: (1) confirm your agent has a trusted web-browsing/http tool to fetch the listed sources (the skill assumes network access for freshness checks); (2) verify the agent/tool used to fetch pages does not send your private documents or internal search context to external services; (3) test the skill on a harmless query and spot-check the returned links (the SKILL.md forbids fabricated links, but agents can still hallucinate); (4) if you need briefs that include non-public/internal sources, expect additional configuration and credentials which this skill does not request; (5) if you integrate this with other automation, ensure it adheres to any corporate data-handling policies.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: ai-intel-radar Version: 0.1.0 The OpenClaw skill 'ai-intel-radar' is designed to generate AI intelligence briefs from specified web sources. All instructions in `SKILL.md` are aligned with this stated purpose, detailing output formats and quality rules. The `references/sources.md` file lists only legitimate and relevant AI news, research, and market analysis websites. There are no indicators of prompt injection attempts, unauthorized data exfiltration, malicious execution, persistence mechanisms, or suspicious network activity. The `SKILL.md` even includes explicit safety instructions to 'Never expose secrets/tokens' and 'Never fabricate links'.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name, description, and included source list align with producing AI news/trend briefs; the skill requests no unrelated credentials, binaries, or filesystem access.
Instruction Scope
SKILL.md confines work to web sources listed in references/sources.md, requires a source link per item, freshness windows (24h/7d), and explicitly forbids exposing secrets or fabricating links. It does not instruct reading local files, environment variables, or posting data to external endpoints.
Install Mechanism
No install spec and no code files — instruction-only. Nothing is written to disk or fetched at install time.
Credentials
No environment variables, credentials, or config paths are requested; this is proportionate for a web-sourced briefing tool.
Persistence & Privilege
always:false and user-invocable:true (normal). The skill does not request permanent/system-level presence or to modify other skills.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install ai-intel-radar
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /ai-intel-radar
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
