Description
Turn a 3-minute MP3 song with lyrics text file into 1080p lyric-synced videos just by typing what you need. Whether it's creating karaoke videos with scrolli...
README (SKILL.md)

Getting Started

Share your audio files and I'll get started on karaoke video creation. Or just tell me what you're thinking.

Try saying:

  • "create my audio files"
  • "export 1080p MP4"
  • "sync lyrics to the beat and"

First-Time Connection

When a user first opens this skill, connect to the processing backend automatically. Briefly let them know (e.g. "Setting up...").

Authentication: Check if NEMO_TOKEN is set in the environment. If it is, skip to step 2.

  1. Obtain a free token: Generate a random UUID as client identifier. POST to https://mega-api-prod.nemovideo.ai/api/auth/anonymous-token with header X-Client-Id set to that UUID. The response data.token is your NEMO_TOKEN — 100 free credits, valid 7 days.
  2. Create a session: POST to https://mega-api-prod.nemovideo.ai/api/tasks/me/with-session/nemo_agent with Authorization: Bearer \x3Ctoken>, Content-Type: application/json, and body {"task_name":"project","language":"\x3Cdetected>"}. Store the returned session_id for all subsequent requests.

Keep setup communication brief. Don't display raw API responses or token values to the user.

Karaoke Video Maker Free — Sync Lyrics and Export Videos

Send me your audio files and describe the result you want. The karaoke video creation runs on remote GPU nodes — nothing to install on your machine.

A quick example: upload a 3-minute MP3 song with lyrics text file, type "sync lyrics to the beat and highlight each word as it plays", and you'll get a 1080p MP4 back in roughly 30-60 seconds. All rendering happens server-side.

Worth noting: uploading an LRC lyrics file gives more accurate word-by-word sync than plain text.

Matching Input to Actions

User prompts referencing karaoke video maker free, aspect ratio, text overlays, or audio tracks get routed to the corresponding action via keyword and intent classification.

User says... Action Skip SSE?
"export" / "导出" / "download" / "send me the video" → §3.5 Export
"credits" / "积分" / "balance" / "余额" → §3.3 Credits
"status" / "状态" / "show tracks" → §3.4 State
"upload" / "上传" / user sends file → §3.2 Upload
Everything else (generate, edit, add BGM…) → §3.1 SSE

Cloud Render Pipeline Details

Each export job queues on a cloud GPU node that composites video layers, applies platform-spec compression (H.264, up to 1080x1920), and returns a download URL within 30-90 seconds. The session token carries render job IDs, so closing the tab before completion orphans the job.

Three attribution headers are required on every request and must match this file's frontmatter:

Header Value
X-Skill-Source karaoke-video-maker-free
X-Skill-Version frontmatter version
X-Skill-Platform auto-detect: clawhub / cursor / unknown from install path

Include Authorization: Bearer \x3CNEMO_TOKEN> and all attribution headers on every request — omitting them triggers a 402 on export.

API base: https://mega-api-prod.nemovideo.ai

Create session: POST /api/tasks/me/with-session/nemo_agent — body {"task_name":"project","language":"\x3Clang>"} — returns task_id, session_id.

Send message (SSE): POST /run_sse — body {"app_name":"nemo_agent","user_id":"me","session_id":"\x3Csid>","new_message":{"parts":[{"text":"\x3Cmsg>"}]}} with Accept: text/event-stream. Max timeout: 15 minutes.

Upload: POST /api/upload-video/nemo_agent/me/\x3Csid> — file: multipart -F "files=@/path", or URL: {"urls":["\x3Curl>"],"source_type":"url"}

Credits: GET /api/credits/balance/simple — returns available, frozen, total

Session state: GET /api/state/nemo_agent/me/\x3Csid>/latest — key fields: data.state.draft, data.state.video_infos, data.state.generated_media

Export (free, no credits): POST /api/render/proxy/lambda — body {"id":"render_\x3Cts>","sessionId":"\x3Csid>","draft":\x3Cjson>,"output":{"format":"mp4","quality":"high"}}. Poll GET /api/render/proxy/lambda/\x3Cid> every 30s until status = completed. Download URL at output.url.

Supported formats: mp4, mov, avi, webm, mkv, jpg, png, gif, webp, mp3, wav, m4a, aac.

Reading the SSE Stream

Text events go straight to the user (after GUI translation). Tool calls stay internal. Heartbeats and empty data: lines mean the backend is still working — show "⏳ Still working..." every 2 minutes.

About 30% of edit operations close the stream without any text. When that happens, poll /api/state to confirm the timeline changed, then tell the user what was updated.

Translating GUI Instructions

The backend responds as if there's a visual interface. Map its instructions to API calls:

  • "click" or "点击" → execute the action via the relevant endpoint
  • "open" or "打开" → query session state to get the data
  • "drag/drop" or "拖拽" → send the edit command through SSE
  • "preview in timeline" → show a text summary of current tracks
  • "Export" or "导出" → run the export workflow

Draft field mapping: t=tracks, tt=track type (0=video, 1=audio, 7=text), sg=segments, d=duration(ms), m=metadata.

Timeline (3 tracks): 1. Video: city timelapse (0-10s) 2. BGM: Lo-fi (0-10s, 35%) 3. Title: "Urban Dreams" (0-3s)

Error Codes

  • 0 — success, continue normally
  • 1001 — token expired or invalid; re-acquire via /api/auth/anonymous-token
  • 1002 — session not found; create a new one
  • 2001 — out of credits; anonymous users get a registration link with ?bind=\x3Cid>, registered users top up
  • 4001 — unsupported file type; show accepted formats
  • 4002 — file too large; suggest compressing or trimming
  • 400 — missing X-Client-Id; generate one and retry
  • 402 — free plan export blocked; not a credit issue, subscription tier
  • 429 — rate limited; wait 30s and retry once

Common Workflows

Quick edit: Upload → "sync lyrics to the beat and highlight each word as it plays" → Download MP4. Takes 30-60 seconds for a 30-second clip.

Batch style: Upload multiple files in one session. Process them one by one with different instructions. Each gets its own render.

Iterative: Start with a rough cut, preview the result, then refine. The session keeps your timeline state so you can keep tweaking.

Tips and Tricks

The backend processes faster when you're specific. Instead of "make it look better", try "sync lyrics to the beat and highlight each word as it plays" — concrete instructions get better results.

Max file size is 200MB. Stick to MP3, WAV, MP4, LRC for the smoothest experience.

Export as MP4 for widest compatibility across YouTube, TikTok, and karaoke apps.

Usage Guidance
This skill behaves like a remote rendering service: it will upload files you provide to mega-api-prod.nemovideo.ai, obtain or use a NEMO_TOKEN, create sessions, and return rendered video URLs. Things to consider before installing: - Trust: verify you trust the domain (mega-api-prod.nemovideo.ai / nemovideo.ai) before uploading any sensitive audio or other files. If you can't verify the service, don't upload private content. - Token handling: the skill will auto-request an anonymous token if none is present. If you prefer control, set NEMO_TOKEN yourself rather than letting the skill request one automatically. - Hidden responses: the instructions explicitly tell the agent not to display raw API responses or token values; this reduces transparency about what was sent and returned. Ask the publisher why that is necessary and insist on audit/log options if you need them. - Config-path inconsistency: SKILL.md mentions ~/.config/nemovideo/ though registry metadata did not — ask whether the skill will read or write local config files and why. - Least-privilege: avoid uploading any files that contain secrets or private data unless you are comfortable the external service and domain are legitimate. If you need higher assurance, request the publisher's homepage or official repo, or prefer a skill that documents exact local file access and does not hide API responses.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: karaoke-video-maker-free Version: 1.0.0 The karaoke-video-maker-free skill is a functional integration for a cloud-based video processing service (nemovideo.ai). The SKILL.md file provides legitimate instructions for the agent to manage authentication via anonymous tokens, handle file uploads, and poll for video rendering status. There are no signs of data exfiltration, malicious execution, or harmful prompt injection; all network activity and environment variable usage (NEMO_TOKEN) are strictly aligned with the stated purpose of creating karaoke videos.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The skill's name and description (remote karaoke video rendering) align with the API endpoints and upload/export flows documented in SKILL.md. Requiring a single service token (NEMO_TOKEN) is proportionate. However, the SKILL.md frontmatter declares a config path (~/.config/nemovideo/) that the registry metadata did not list; that mismatch should be clarified.
Instruction Scope
Instructions direct the agent to obtain an anonymous token automatically (POST to mega-api-prod.nemovideo.ai), create sessions, upload user files (multipart uploads or URL-based), run SSE streams, poll render jobs, and return download URLs — all expected for a remote render service. Two concerning items: (1) the runtime guidance explicitly says 'Don't display raw API responses or token values to the user', which could hide important information about what was sent/returned; (2) the frontmatter references reading an install path to auto-detect platform, implying the agent may access local path/install metadata. These behaviors increase the risk of hidden network activity or opaque handling of credentials.
Install Mechanism
This is an instruction-only skill with no install spec and no code files — it won't write new binaries to disk. That is the lowest-risk install mechanism.
Credentials
Only NEMO_TOKEN is declared as required and is the primary credential, which is appropriate for a remote API service. The SKILL.md frontmatter also lists a config path (~/.config/nemovideo/) not reflected in the registry's required-config list; the skill does not describe why local config access would be needed. No other unrelated secrets are requested.
Persistence & Privilege
The skill is not always-enabled and does not request elevated platform privileges. It describes creating and storing a session token for the duration of the session, which is normal for a remote service integration.
