Description
YC Office Hours diagnostic — six forcing questions that expose demand reality, status quo, desperate specificity, narrowest wedge, observation, and future-fi...
Usage Guidance
This skill is coherent with its description, but note it will read files in the repository (README, AGENTS.md, recent git history) and will create docs/business/office-hours-report.md. Before installing or invoking it: (1) don’t run it against repos containing secrets or private credentials; (2) review the generated report before committing or sharing it; (3) if you prefer no writes, run it in a sandbox or adjust the output path; and (4) confirm the agent has permission to access the repo and external web search if you expect it to run the Kill Gate checks.

Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name and description describe a startup diagnostic. The runtime instructions (web search for competing/failure cases, read README/AGENTS.md, run git log, and deliver a report) are coherent and necessary for that purpose.
Instruction Scope
Instructions direct the agent to read repository files (README, AGENTS.md, product description files), run `git log --oneline -20`, perform web searches, and create docs/business/office-hours-report.md. These actions are appropriate for evaluating a code/repo-backed product, but they do mean the agent will read repository contents and write a file in the project; users should be aware of that and avoid running on repos that contain secrets or sensitive data.
Install Mechanism
No install spec and no code files — instruction-only skill, so nothing is downloaded or written to disk beyond the single report file the skill asks the agent to create.
Credentials
The skill requests no environment variables, no credentials, and no config paths. The external actions (web search) do not require secrets; this is proportional to the described diagnostic task.
Persistence & Privilege
always is false and the skill does not request persistent elevated privileges or modify other skills. The only persistent change it requests is to write a report file in docs/business, which is reasonable for its purpose.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install yc-office-hours
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /yc-office-hours
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
