Description
Generate a Creem audit-ready compliance pack with legal policies, a preflight checklist, and site surface punchlists for MoR onboarding or review.
README (SKILL.md)

Creem Audit Kit

Generate an audit-ready policy page pack + preflight checklist for Creem review.

This skill is not about integrating Creem APIs; it focuses on the content and site-surface requirements that commonly block MoR onboarding/review.

Workflow (recommended)

Step 0 — Collect inputs (keep it minimal)

Fill the variables in references/inputs.md (or answer them in chat) and choose a refund model.

Step 1 — Produce the preflight checklist

Use references/creem-preflight-checklist.md and tailor it to the site stack (Next.js, Webflow, etc.). Output should be a checkbox list the team can execute.

Step 2 — Generate the 5 required pages

Start from the templates in assets/legal-pages/:

  • privacy-policy.md
  • terms-of-service.md
  • refund-policy.md
  • content-policy.md
  • contact-support.md

Rules:

  • Keep statements consistent across pages (company name, domain, support email, refund window, auto-renew).
  • Avoid ambiguous promises (e.g., “refund anytime”). Be explicit about eligibility, timelines, and how to request.
  • If a field is unknown, insert [TODO] rather than hallucinating.

Step 3 — Surface requirements on key site pages

Use references/site-surface-requirements.md to produce a punchlist for:

  • Footer (always-visible links)
  • Pricing page
  • Checkout entry points / paywall
  • Account / billing portal

Step 4 — Final consistency pass

Run the consistency checks in references/consistency-checks.md:

  • one-source-of-truth contact info
  • one-source-of-truth refund policy
  • no conflicting “trial / refund / cancel” language

Output format (what to deliver)

  1. Preflight Checklist (Creem)
  2. Legal Pages Pack (5 markdown pages)
  3. Site Surface Punchlist (where to add links/labels)
  4. Open questions / TODOs (if any)

Usage Guidance
This bundle is coherent and appears to be what it claims: a templates-and-checklist kit for preparing Creem onboarding materials. Before using it, do the following: (1) do not paste secrets or full payment card data into the inputs or generated pages; (2) review and localize all templates with your legal counsel—these are generic templates and may not satisfy jurisdictional requirements (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) or Creem-specific contract details; (3) fill placeholders deliberately (or leave [TODO] rather than letting the agent guess) to avoid hallucinated/legal statements; (4) verify site/product-specific claims (refund timing, auto-renew behavior, who is the Merchant of Record) so you don’t accidentally contradict Creem or your own billing implementation. If you want extra assurance, ask for a summary of all TODOs and a highlighted diff showing changes to the templates before publishing.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: creem-audit-kit Version: 0.1.0 The 'creem-audit-kit' is a documentation-focused skill designed to generate legal policy templates (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, etc.) and compliance checklists for users undergoing a Merchant of Record audit. The bundle consists entirely of Markdown templates and procedural instructions for the AI agent; it contains no executable code, no network activity, and no indicators of prompt injection or data exfiltration.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name/description match the included assets and workflow: templates for five legal pages, a preflight checklist, and site-surface punchlists. There are no unrelated requirements (no env vars, binaries, or external services) that would be inconsistent with generating documentation for Creem review.
Instruction Scope
SKILL.md instructs the agent to fill inputs, tailor the provided checklist, generate pages from shipped templates, and run consistency checks using included reference files. All referenced files are present in the bundle and there are no instructions to read unrelated system files, exfiltrate data, or contact external endpoints.
Install Mechanism
No install spec and no code files — the skill is instruction-only, which minimizes risk. Nothing will be downloaded or executed on disk by the skill itself.
Credentials
The skill declares no environment variables, credentials, or config paths. The templates use placeholders for user-supplied inputs; requiring no secrets is proportionate to the described task.
Persistence & Privilege
Skill is not always-enabled and does not request elevated platform privileges. Autonomous invocation is permitted by default but that is normal; there is no indication the skill will write system-wide configs or persist credentials.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install creem-audit-kit
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /creem-audit-kit
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
