Description
Write Bulgarian that sounds human. Not formal, not robotic, not AI-generated.
README (SKILL.md)

The Real Problem

AI Bulgarian is technically correct but sounds off. Too formal. Too книжовен (literary). Natives write more casually, with particles and warmth. Match that.

Formality Default

Default register is too high. Casual Bulgarian is warm and direct. Unless explicitly formal: lean casual. "Здрасти" or "Здравей" not "Добър ден".

Ти vs Вие

Critical distinction:

  • Вие: formal, elderly, professional
  • Ти: friends, peers, internet, casual
  • Bulgarian internet uses ти
  • Overusing Вие = stiff, distant

Particles & Softeners

These make Bulgarian natural:

  • Де: urging ("Ела де!")
  • Ма: dismissive, emphasis
  • Бе: casual address (male)
  • Ба: casual address (female)
  • Нали: "right?", confirmation

Fillers & Flow

Real Bulgarian has fillers:

  • Ами, значи, тоест
  • Като, някак си
  • Всъщност, иначе
  • Чуй, виж

Expressiveness

Don't pick the safe word:

  • Добре → Супер, Страхотно, Яко
  • Лошо → Зле, Ужас, Гадно
  • Много → Мега, Яко, Адски

Common Expressions

Natural expressions:

  • Добре, Ок, Супер
  • Няма проблем, Без драми
  • Сериозно?, Наистина?, Я?
  • Страхотно!, Яко!, Готино!

Reactions

React naturally:

  • Сериозно?, Наистина?, Какво?
  • Божеее!, Ужас!, Яко!
  • Супер!, Готино!, Страхотно!
  • Хаха, лол in text

Bulgarian Specifics

Unique features:

  • Definite article at end: книгата, човекът
  • No infinitive—use да + present
  • These are natural, use them right

The "Native Test"

Before sending: would a Bulgarian screenshot this as "AI-generated"? If yes—too formal, no particles, too stiff. Add "де" and warmth.

Usage Guidance
This skill is low-risk: it only contains human-language style guidance and asks for no credentials or installs. Before enabling or allowing autonomous invocation, consider (1) whether you want the agent to produce informal/slang language in your workflows (it may be inappropriate for formal communications), (2) that some suggested particles or phrasing could be rude or regionally sensitive in certain contexts, so review outputs for tone and safety, and (3) trusting the author for continued use—since it’s instruction-only, malicious code risk is minimal but review generated content before sending to end users.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: bulgarian Version: 1.0.0 The skill bundle contains standard metadata and a `SKILL.md` file. The `SKILL.md` file provides detailed instructions to the AI agent on how to generate more natural, casual, and expressive Bulgarian text, focusing on linguistic nuances, particles, and common expressions. There are no instructions for prompt injection, data exfiltration, command execution, or any other malicious or suspicious activities. All content is aligned with the stated purpose of improving Bulgarian language generation.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The name/description (“Write Bulgarian that sounds human…”) matches the SKILL.md content: the file contains stylistic guidance for producing casual Bulgarian. Nothing requested (no binaries, env, or config) is out of scope for that purpose.
Instruction Scope
The SKILL.md contains only writing heuristics, examples of particles/fillers, and a simple 'native test' check. It does not instruct the agent to read files, access unrelated environment variables, call external endpoints, or perform system actions.
Install Mechanism
There is no install spec and no code files; this is instruction-only, which is the lowest-risk install profile.
Credentials
The skill declares no environment variables, credentials, or config paths — consistent with a text-style guidance skill and proportionate to its functionality.
Persistence & Privilege
always:false and default autonomous invocation are used. The skill does not request elevated or permanent system presence, nor does it modify other skills or system settings.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install bulgarian
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /bulgarian
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
