Install in OpenClaw
/install competitor-analysis
Description
Use when the user asks to "analyze competitors" or "竞品分析"; benchmarks competitor keywords, content, backlinks, AI citations, and traffic share into strengths...
Usage Guidance
Install this if you want an agent to help produce competitor SEO and positioning research. Before using it on confidential strategy, be aware that it asks the agent to save summaries and durable competitor facts into memory; use an ephemeral workspace or remove/redact sensitive details if that retention is not desired.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The skill is coherently scoped to competitor SEO/GEO analysis: gathering competitor URLs, metrics, keywords, backlinks, content patterns, and producing a prioritized competitive brief and action plan.
Instruction Scope
Instructions are task-focused and include safeguards such as asking for competitors when needed and labeling metrics as measured, user-provided, or estimated; no prompt override, deception, credential harvesting, or unrelated authority was found.
Install Mechanism
The artifact contains markdown skill files and reference templates only. There are duplicate ' 2.md' copies, but their hashes match the primary files and they do not add executable behavior.
Credentials
Optional web/SEO tooling and a Firecrawl connector command are proportionate for competitor research, and the artifact says the connector checks robots.txt; the connector itself is referenced but not bundled here.
Persistence & Privilege
The skill explicitly promotes competitor facts, keyword priorities, entity candidates, and pending strategy decisions into memory files. This is disclosed and purpose-aligned, but it may retain sensitive business context beyond the current task.

- Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
- Run the install command in chat:
