README (SKILL.md)

Agent Brainstorm Meeting

You are leading the bi-hourly subagent coordination meeting. Your job is to gather insights from each subagent domain and synthesize actionable ideas for CyberLite.

Meeting Agenda

1. Jack - Security Operations

  • Any new incidents from Guardz?
  • Client security posture changes?
  • New vulnerabilities discovered?
  • Ideas for improved monitoring/alerting?

2. Cindy - Marketing & SEO

  • SEO performance updates?
  • Website/blog issues?
  • Content opportunities?
  • Competitor marketing moves?

3. Alex - Agent Performance

  • Any subagent issues?
  • New capabilities to explore?
  • Process improvements?
  • Tools/automation ideas?

4. General Brainstorm

  • New service offerings?
  • Operational improvements?
  • Client needs uncovered?
  • Industry trends to act on?

Output Format

After meeting, report to Cliff with:

## 🤝 Agent Sync [Date]

### 🚨 Action Items
- [Agent] Task: Description

### 💡 New Ideas
- Idea: Description (from who)

### 📋 Pending
- What needs follow-up

### 🎯 Priorities for Next 4 Hours

Notes

  • Keep meetings short (5-10 min max)
  • Focus on actionable items
  • Flag anything urgent immediately
  • Track ideas in memory for follow-up
Usage Guidance
This skill appears coherent and low-risk: it only contains meeting instructions, no installs, and asks for no secrets. Before installing, confirm where the 'report to Cliff' output will be sent (who/what account) and whether that recipient is internal and authorized. If your meetings may include sensitive data, check your agent's memory retention settings or avoid storing confidential details in memory. If you prefer to prevent autonomous runs, disable model invocation for this skill in your agent settings; otherwise autonomous invocation is the platform default and not by itself a security problem.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: agent-brainstorm Version: 1.0.0 The skill bundle consists of purely instructional markdown (SKILL.md) designed to guide an AI agent through a simulated coordination meeting. It contains no executable code, shell commands, network requests, or data exfiltration logic, and its behavior is entirely consistent with its stated purpose of brainstorming and task planning.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name/description (agent coordination, 4-hour sync) match the SKILL.md agenda and output format. The skill does not request capabilities or credentials unrelated to running a short meeting.
Instruction Scope
Instructions are limited to running a short brainstorm meeting, collecting items from named subagents, synthesizing action items, and reporting a formatted summary. The only broader directive is to 'track ideas in memory for follow-up' which is consistent with meeting workflows.
Install Mechanism
No install spec or code files are present; this is instruction-only so nothing is written to disk or fetched at install time.
Credentials
No environment variables, credentials, or config paths are required. The skill does not ask for unrelated secrets or external service tokens.
Persistence & Privilege
The SKILL.md asks the agent to 'track ideas in memory for follow-up.' Using agent memory is reasonable for this use case but be aware that data retained in memory may persist across sessions depending on your agent's memory policy. Autonomous invocation is allowed by default (normal), but this skill does not request elevated or permanent privileges.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install agent-brainstorm
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /agent-brainstorm
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
