核心定位：商业计划书是静态剧本，沙盘推演是动态排练。
沙盘推演不是预测未来，而是测试韧性——通过注入外部变量和内部变量，模拟不同阶段的演化路径，识别商业模式的关键风险点，建立应对策略库。

博弈机制

每个关键决策点生成3条路径：
- 乐观路径（一切顺利）
- 基准路径（按计划推进）

对每个场景进行压力测试：

- 如果竞品采取激进策略，如何应对？
