执行流程
- 读取 MEMORY.md（核心索引）
- 读取今天和昨天的日志文件（
memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md） - 提取
#pending标签的条目 → 待处理事项 - 从 MEMORY.md 的"项目进展"部分提取各项目状态
- （可选）调用 WPS 日历查今日日程：

- 结论优先：每个项目只写一句状态 + 最关键风险
- 待处理事项单列：从日志的

- 异常高亮：磁盘满/压测停止/服务宕机等用 ⚠️ 标注

注意事项
- cron 任务 target 必须是
main（isolated session 容易超时） - WPS 日历调用失败时静默跳过，不阻塞发送
- 发完消息回复
NO_REPLY，避免重复消息
