Install in OpenClaw
/install raci-analysis
Description
Define roles and responsibilities using RACI matrix. Use for process improvement, organizational design, project management, and change initiatives.
Usage Guidance
This skill is a safe, instruction-only template for producing RACI matrices and does not require installs or credentials. Before using it, avoid pasting sensitive or personal data (employee PII, confidential project secrets) into the prompt because the agent will include whatever you provide in generated output. Validate any produced RACI with real stakeholders and your org policies. Note that the skill can be invoked by the agent (normal behavior) but it is not force-enabled for all agents (always:false).
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill
Name: raci-analysis
Version: 1.0.0
The skill bundle 'raci-analysis' is a purely instructional template designed to guide an AI agent in creating RACI matrices for project management. It contains no executable code, external dependencies, or suspicious instructions, and its content (SKILL.md and _meta.json) is entirely consistent with its stated purpose of organizational analysis.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name and description (RACI matrix / roles & responsibilities) match the SKILL.md content. The skill requests no binaries, env vars, or installs — all proportionate for a guidance/template-only authoring skill.
Instruction Scope
Instructions are limited to creating RACI matrices: listing activities/roles, assigning R/A/C/I, validating rules, producing tables and recommendations. They do not instruct the agent to read arbitrary system files, call external endpoints, or access secrets.
Install Mechanism
No install spec or code files are present (instruction-only). This minimizes disk write and execution risk.
Credentials
No environment variables, credentials, or config paths are required. The declared requirements are minimal and appropriate for a template/instruction skill.
Persistence & Privilege
always is false and the skill is user-invocable (normal). It does not request persistent privileges or modifications to other skills or system-wide agent settings.
