README (SKILL.md)

PandaDoc

Operate PandaDoc through your OOMOL-connected account. This skill calls the pandadoc connector with the oo CLI; OOMOL injects credentials server-side, so you never handle raw tokens.

Category: Productivity, Communication. Exposes 13 action(s).

Running an action

Assume the user has already installed the oo CLI, signed in, and connected PandaDoc. Do not run oo auth login or open the connection URL proactively — just run the action. Fall back to First-time setup only when a command actually fails with an auth or connection error.

1. Inspect the contract to get the authoritative input/output schema before building a payload:

oo connector schema "pandadoc" --action "\x3Caction_name>"

2. Run the action with a JSON payload that matches the input schema:

oo connector run "pandadoc" --action "\x3Caction_name>" --data '\x3Cjson>' --json
  • --data takes a JSON object string or @path/to/file.json; omit it to send {}.
  • The response is { "data": ..., "meta": { "executionId": "..." } }; the execution id lives under meta.executionId.

Each action below links to a reference file with its purpose and exact commands. Read the linked file, then fetch the live schema with oo connector schema before constructing --data.

Available actions

  • create_document_attachment — Upload an attachment file to a draft PandaDoc document.
  • create_document_from_file — Create a PandaDoc document from a public file URL, a transit file reference, or a local file upload.
  • create_folder — Create a new document folder in PandaDoc.
  • create_or_update_contact — Create a PandaDoc contact, or update the existing contact that matches the provided email address.
  • create_template — Create a PandaDoc template from structured content or from a local PDF upload.
  • create_webhook — Create a PandaDoc webhook subscription for document lifecycle events.
  • delete_contact — Delete a contact from the connected PandaDoc workspace.
  • delete_template — Delete a template from the connected PandaDoc workspace.
  • get_document_details — Retrieve detailed metadata for a specific PandaDoc document.
  • get_template_details — Retrieve detailed metadata for a specific PandaDoc template.
  • list_contacts — List contacts in the connected PandaDoc workspace, with optional exact email filtering.
  • list_document_folders — List document folders in the connected PandaDoc workspace.
  • list_templates — List templates available in the connected PandaDoc workspace.

Safety

  • Read actions (get / list / search) are safe to run directly.
  • Create, update, send, or post actions change PandaDoc state — confirm the exact payload and effect with the user before running.
  • Delete or remove actions are destructive — always confirm the target and get explicit approval first.

First-time setup

These are one-time steps — do not repeat them on every call. Run a step only when a command fails for the matching reason.

  • oo: command not found — install the oo CLI (other platforms: \x3Chttps://cli.oomol.com/install-guide.md>):

    curl -fsSL https://cli.oomol.com/install.sh | bash # macOS / Linux

    irm https://cli.oomol.com/install.ps1 | iex # Windows PowerShell

  • Not signed in / authentication error — sign in to your OOMOL account once:

    oo auth login

  • scope_missing / credential_expired / app_not_ready / app_not_found — PandaDoc is not connected, or the connection expired or lacks a scope. Connect once (auth type: API key) at:

    https://console.oomol.com/app-connections?provider=pandadoc

  • HTTP 402 / OOMOL_INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT — billing stop. Recharge at https://console.oomol.com/billing/token-recharge before retrying.

Usage Guidance
Install only if you intend to connect PandaDoc through OOMOL. Review requested write, delete, upload, and webhook payloads before approval, because those actions can change PandaDoc data or send PandaDoc event data to configured webhook endpoints.

Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The skill is explicitly for operating PandaDoc through the OOMOL pandadoc connector, and its listed actions align with normal PandaDoc workflows: documents, templates, contacts, folders, attachments, and webhooks.
Instruction Scope
Runtime instructions tell the agent to inspect the live schema, use structured JSON payloads, and confirm write actions and destructive deletes before running them.
Install Mechanism
The first-time setup includes remote installer commands for the oo CLI, but they are disclosed and only recommended when the CLI is missing; no bundled executable code or dependencies are present.
Credentials
Allowed tooling is limited to Bash commands matching oo *, which is proportionate to an OOMOL connector skill, though users should understand this routes PandaDoc operations through OOMOL.
Persistence & Privilege
The skill requires connected PandaDoc credentials and can create service-side webhooks or delete PandaDoc data, but these capabilities are disclosed and gated by confirmation instructions for write and destructive actions.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install oo-pandadoc
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /oo-pandadoc
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
