README (SKILL.md)

Jotform

Operate Jotform through your OOMOL-connected account. This skill calls the jotform connector with the oo CLI; OOMOL injects credentials server-side, so you never handle raw tokens.

Category: Productivity, Data & Analytics. Exposes 7 action(s).

Running an action

Assume the user has already installed the oo CLI, signed in, and connected Jotform. Do not run oo auth login or open the connection URL proactively — just run the action. Fall back to First-time setup only when a command actually fails with an auth or connection error.

1. Inspect the contract to get the authoritative input/output schema before building a payload:

oo connector schema "jotform" --action "\x3Caction_name>"

2. Run the action with a JSON payload that matches the input schema:

oo connector run "jotform" --action "\x3Caction_name>" --data '\x3Cjson>' --json
  • --data takes a JSON object string or @path/to/file.json; omit it to send {}.
  • The response is { "data": ..., "meta": { "executionId": "..." } }; the execution id lives under meta.executionId.

Each action below links to a reference file with its purpose and exact commands. Read the linked file, then fetch the live schema with oo connector schema before constructing --data.

Available actions

  • create_submission — Create a submission on a Jotform form using question IDs and answer values.
  • get_current_user — Get the current Jotform account associated with the authenticated API key.
  • get_form — Get one Jotform form by form ID.
  • get_submission — Get one Jotform submission by submission ID.
  • list_form_questions — List the question definitions configured on one Jotform form.
  • list_form_submissions — List submissions for one Jotform form.
  • list_forms — List forms available to the authenticated Jotform account.

Safety

  • Read actions (get / list / search) are safe to run directly.
  • Create, update, send, or post actions change Jotform state — confirm the exact payload and effect with the user before running.
  • Delete or remove actions are destructive — always confirm the target and get explicit approval first.

First-time setup

These are one-time steps — do not repeat them on every call. Run a step only when a command fails for the matching reason.

  • oo: command not found — install the oo CLI (other platforms: \x3Chttps://cli.oomol.com/install-guide.md>):

    curl -fsSL https://cli.oomol.com/install.sh | bash # macOS / Linux

    irm https://cli.oomol.com/install.ps1 | iex # Windows PowerShell

  • Not signed in / authentication error — sign in to your OOMOL account once:

    oo auth login

  • scope_missing / credential_expired / app_not_ready / app_not_found — Jotform is not connected, or the connection expired or lacks a scope. Connect once (auth type: API key) at:

    https://console.oomol.com/app-connections?provider=jotform

  • HTTP 402 / OOMOL_INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT — billing stop. Recharge at https://console.oomol.com/billing/token-recharge before retrying.

Usage Guidance
Install only if you are comfortable giving the agent maintainer-level authority in a ClawHub repo. Pay special attention before using staff moderation commands, publishing proof artifacts, or running autoreview with broad sandbox permissions or external fallback reviewers.

Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
The capabilities match the stated maintenance purposes: code review, UI proof, Convex setup/audits/migrations, GitHub PR triage, and ClawHub staff moderation.
Instruction Scope
Some workflows are high-impact, including staff moderation commands and an autoreview helper that can run nested review with broad sandbox permissions by default, but the behavior is disclosed and includes user confirmation or opt-out guidance.
Install Mechanism
No hidden installer or obfuscated bootstrap behavior was found in the inspected skill files; commands use repo-local scripts and standard tools such as bun, gh, npx, and Convex.
Credentials
The skills may use GitHub, Convex, ClawHub auth tokens, local repo diffs, and external review CLIs, which is proportionate for maintainer and development workflows but should be used only in the intended repo context.
Persistence & Privilege
The artifacts describe local proof outputs, long-running Convex dev processes, and moderation/API actions, but they are explicit and tied to user-directed workflows rather than hidden persistence.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install oo-jotform
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /oo-jotform
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
Version History
v1.0.0
- Initial release of `oo-jotform`, an OOMOL skill for operating Jotform through a connected OOMOL account without handling raw API tokens. - Added read actions to list available forms, retrieve a form by ID, inspect form questions, list form submissions, and fetch an individual submission. - Added account introspection via `get_current_user` to identify the Jotform account associated with the authenticated API key. - Added `create_submission` support for submitting answers to a Jotform form using question IDs and answer values. - Documented the standard `oo connector schema` and `oo connector run` workflow, including safety guidance for read versus state-changing actions.
