README (SKILL.md)

Iran War Brief

Produce a fast, verification-oriented update for Iran conflict requests.

Output Contract

Always include, in this order:

  1. 简要头条(5-8条)

    • Keep each bullet to 1-2 lines.
    • Prioritize breaking and high-impact events (strikes, casualties, infrastructure damage, maritime chokepoints, escalation signals, official statements with concrete numbers).
    • Include publication/source time if available.
  2. 新闻链接(按头条对应)

    • One link per headline.
    • Prefer primary sources (Reuters/AP/AFP/official statements) over aggregation.
  3. 三栏对照清单

    • Table columns must be exactly:
      • 美方宣称
      • 伊方宣称
      • 第三方可核
    • Keep rows issue-based (e.g., Kharg strike, Hormuz traffic, vessel losses, air defense losses, civilian damage).
    • In “第三方可核”, clearly mark confidence:
      • 高:multi-source + evidence (satellite/photo/video/official docs)
      • 中:multi-source consistent but limited hard evidence
      • 低:single-side claim or conflicting accounts

Sourcing Rules

Use this source priority:

  1. Reuters / AP / AFP
  2. BBC / Al Jazeera / major international desks
  3. Regional media (Israel/Iran/Gulf) for local details
  4. Official military/foreign ministry statements
  5. OSINT evidence (satellite/geolocation) when available

If top-tier wire sources are temporarily unavailable, state that explicitly and proceed with best available cross-verified sources.

Verification Discipline

  • Separate event happened from battle damage scale.
  • Treat words like “obliterated/destroyed totally” as claims unless independently verified.
  • Prefer quantifiable fields:
    • destroyed units (count/type)
    • confirmed casualties (KIA/WIA/civilian split)
    • infrastructure status (operational/degraded/offline)
    • shipping throughput / chokepoint status
  • Flag uncertainty instead of guessing.

Response Template

Use this exact structure:

伊朗局势最新摘要(5-8条)

  • [头条1]
  • [头条2]
  • [头条3]
  • ...

新闻链接

对照清单(美方宣称 vs 伊方宣称 vs 第三方可核)

美方宣称 伊方宣称 第三方可核
... ... ...

Style

  • Write in Chinese unless user asks otherwise.
  • Keep summary concise and decision-useful.
  • Do not inflate certainty.
Usage Guidance
This skill is internally coherent for giving verified, concise Iran-conflict briefs and does not request secrets or install software. Before installing, confirm your agent has reliable web-browsing or news-API access (and any paid OSINT subscriptions if you expect satellite/geolocation verification). Be aware that accuracy depends on the agent's ability to reach top-tier wires and OSINT sources; always independently verify any operational or safety-critical details. If you do not want the agent to fetch news autonomously, keep autonomous invocation disabled or only call the skill when needed.
Capability Analysis
Type: OpenClaw Skill Name: iran-war-brief Version: 1.0.0 The skill bundle 'iran-war-brief' is a set of instructions for an AI agent to provide structured news summaries and claim verification regarding the Iran conflict. It defines a clear output format, sourcing priorities (e.g., Reuters, AP), and a verification table (US vs. Iran vs. Third-party) without any evidence of malicious code, data exfiltration, or harmful prompt injection.
Capability Assessment
Purpose & Capability
Name/description promise (concise Iran-conflict briefs, source links, and a 3-column verification table) matches the SKILL.md instructions. There are no unrelated environment variables, binaries, or install steps requested that would be disproportionate to this purpose.
Instruction Scope
Instructions require fetching and cross-checking external news and OSINT (satellite/geolocation) and producing exact formatted output. This is coherent with the stated purpose, but the SKILL.md assumes the agent has web/OSINT access and resources; it does not specify how to obtain paywalled or specialized OSINT data, which may limit execution or produce gaps if the agent cannot browse or access paid imagery.
Install Mechanism
No install spec or code files are present; this reduces disk/code risk. The skill is instruction-only and will not write files or install packages itself.
Credentials
The skill does not request any environment variables, credentials, or config paths. The data it asks for (public news reporting and open OSINT) is proportionate to its stated function.
Persistence & Privilege
always is false and there are no special persistence requests. The skill does not ask to modify other skills or system-wide settings. The normal platform default allowing autonomous invocation is unchanged.
How to Use
  1. Make sure OpenClaw is installed (local or Docker)
  2. Run the install command in chat: /install iran-war-brief
  3. After installation, invoke the skill by name or use /iran-war-brief
  4. Provide required inputs per the skill's parameter spec and get structured output
