🚨 执行前必读

• ✅ 时间格式：ISO 8601 / RFC 3339（带时区），例如 2026-02-28T14:00:00+08:00
• ✅ user_open_id 必填：从消息上下文的 SenderId 获取（ou_...）
• ✅ reminders 参数：正数表示会前提醒，负数表示会后提醒（分钟）
• ✅ 首次添加参会人时自动创建飞书视频会议

reminders 可选值：

• 15：会前15分钟
• 10：会前10分钟
• 5：会前5分钟
• 0：会议开始时
• -30：会议结束后30分钟

3. 会议冲突检测

在创建会议前检查时间冲突：
